Horrible Service or Lack of Service from a Professional Sister

I was called yesterday to donate only to arrive at Southgate Mall Mobile Centre to be told I am too early. The gentleman called the Donor Centre for advise as I was only a day early, the Donor Centre advised that it is the sister's discretion.

The gentleman advised me how it works which was acceptable but for the sister not to even say a word to me was unprofessional. She claimed she only overhead the conversation but as the sister in charge, she should have advised what her discretion was. Sister Bongiwe, I think you should be taught etiquette and courtesy and stop arguing with staff in front of donors over what you could have just taken over and decided whether I according to you I can donate or not.

I took my time, effort and money to go to Southgate only to be turned back. I have been a donor for years and your service sister, was pathetic..
