Horrible service

What a horrible experience I had at Westgate mall branch. We were only three but the staff was so ***********, watching TV and disorganized while they were busy with us. I was asked if I want coffee or juice. I said juice but believe me when I say I never received that juice. The guy decided to go and watch TV. He was not even monitoring if the bag is full. The alarm went off many times he didn't even bother to come then later he came. Today was my last day donating at Westgate branch. I will find another branch where I will be treated with respect respect.
