Donation Unappreciated

Communication and feedback in the toilet. I was donating like each 3 months for many years but when i stopped coming like 6 - 7 months ago in 2018, nobody from sanbs even called me about anything. Not even a email. Email doesn't cost them anything. I get a call today on 30 jan 2019. I didn't enjoy the call, i ended up cutting the call cause it was getting annoying. Honestly don't bother about me now. So don't phone or tell me anything. What i once loved to do ended 6 months ago. Disappointing Service.
