Disappointed once more

I am very disappointed at the service that I have received from SANBS. I donated blood in last year in December and was promised movie tickets. till this day I have not received the tickets I was promised. today the 15th of march I donated again and did not get the back pack and was told that they are finished and dont know when they will be available. once more am disappointed as a donor and thinking of NOT EVER DONATING ANYMORE .
