Disappointed blood giver

I am so disappointed in this company, I am a blood donor and a loyal one . I went there in December going to give blood then sister put an injection in a wrong nerve then we stop with process, in January I went there just because I couldn't sleep since after that incident and the pain was also going to my shoulder .

I went to the depot then they reported it to tge head office where the other lady from finace told me to go to the nearest hospital, I went to the hospital Dr took me X-ray and then it doesn't show anything, Dr gave me prescription to buy pills I told that lady I don't have money and at tge pharmacies they can't give me medication with money . Early this month I communicated with SANBS via Facebook page inbox " respecting the value and dignity " of the company then Facebook took it to their managers who rep**** by saying is not their fault why the shoulder can have a pain I must go to any health institution they have nothing to do about that.

I can't sleep at night, when I sleep I sleep with the other position/ style and I still feel that pain, even when I stretch my hand there's a serious pain that I feel is just that I must be strong for myself.
