Blaming the system!

I have been donating for 39 years and with switching over to the new system, suddenly 10 years of donation have disappeared. Whilst I know they have switched to a new system months ago, the excuse is getting tedious and my donations then clearly does not count anymore. Unless they resolve, I will not be donating again.
