Bad Service

I have been applying for a job in sanbs and finally I got an email and a call to say I must come for an interview. I got there at 10am cos the interview was at 10:15, the interviewers walked out and told me I was not put on candidates to be interviewed list and therefore won't be interviewed. I waited by reception waiting for the issue to be resolved. No one came to me to explain why I was not on the list, I was only getting calls from Vuyelwa (Hr) saying she is trying to solve. Only at 13:00 Vuyelwa phoned again saying there is nothing she must do and I should leave and I will be re-imbursed the money for petrol. Up until now I haven't been reimbursed. Been calling, sending endless emails no one is willing to give me an explanation. Even spoke to Shamlata the lady higher than Vuyelwa in Hr and she was so rude she even hung up on me. I need advice as to wat to do to get explanation and my money I used for petrol. ( ********** 657).
