Bad attitude from Khensani at 1 Discovery place.

I've been a donor for some years now and have always received professional treatment and kindness when donating blood. However today, at 1 Discovery place Sandton, a lady by the name of Khensani made it a terrible experience for me. She didn't have a name tag, nor did she greet and ask me to confirm my names which they usually do. She completely ignored me when I indicated where the needle usually goes so the process isn't painful and blood can be drawn easier. We struggled with the blood, she didn't give me a ball or gloves to pump. She just became so irritated when I indicated that her constantly moving the needle around is painful. She proceeded to pull out the needle without the blood being nowhere near half full, she put a blue compressor over the vein, threw my bloods frustratingly over the desk and just left me there. I was so confused and another person next to me asked what happened. I proceeded to sit there ghosted by her even after asking what is happening and what's the next step( i.e should we switch arms). Another colleague seeing what happened came and took off the compressor on my arm, and proceeded to give me instructions. I don't even know if she threw away the bloods or not, but such behaviour especially when you're in a jovial and happy mood when donating blood really shatters you and you question whether your contribution is even valuable.
