Appalling Treatment

Came for dinner, restaurant half full. It was freezing but they had tables with no reserve signs & some with. They refused to seat us by the heaters citing 'reserved'. So we sat somewhere in the cold & ordered drinks. waiter who served us was Vincent, he was pleasant. A few tables next to the heaters kept opening up & we asked to be moved there hostess looked in the book & okayed. After which another waiter came & said we must move from there because someone just reserved the table. We then asked that they place those ppl at our table as we requested whn we entered to be moved closer to the heaters as soon as they availed. The worst thing about all this is that they were reserving tables for a certain type of people and we were the only ones there of our kind. We asked for the bill, d waiter who told us to Move brought just a piece of paper not even in the book & threw it on sale table. It was degrading, intentional & rude. The attitude with which they treated us was very bad & we brought it to the attention of the manager 'Monde' who couldn't care less, instead insisted for a tip for the waiter?!!? The Nerve! Even after we explained why we were leaving? SHAMEFUL & DISAPPOINTING
