very dissapointed

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">after a really long week, my best friend and i decided to do a girls weekend at san lameer, we booked the package that includes the spa and breakfast, before booking i asked the lady at reception if there is availability at the spa and she said yes, i then asked her if we can please be put onto a waitint list for saturday night as she said they are fully booked, upon arrival there was no one to help us with our bags, after we paid our room then the lady says, im not too sure about the availability at the spa, i will find out, our room was beautiful, the lady from reception then calls us to say there is only an 8am booking, so we said ok we will take it, she then calls back and says we need to be there by 7.45! we are on holiday! not bootcamp! we asker her to cancle the package and we will take it as a room and breakfast package which on the internet said it was 1000 and something,but she said it was R1595, which was a *******, we then went to breakfast on saturday and had a terrible sad man greet us at the door, we then ordered eggs and waited over 20 minutes because the lady was too busy giving everyone else attention, she then gave out eggs away while we were standing there!!! we returned to the room and got a rude call from reception saying ' please leave the room; we have an early check in' this was at around 10.45,so i asked the lady were can we go while we wait for her to allocate us a room, she said i dont know, but please leave the room, i have never been so offended in my life!! i practically grew up coming to san lameer and i loved it but after this weekend i changed my mind, all the staff need an attitude change and learn to smile! over all,i am very dissapointed in the san lameer group.</span></p>
