UNHAPPY, UPSET, SAN LAMEER GUEST

We have been to San Lameer 2 weeks back, and to be really honest I will never go back... When we arrived, the laundry was being washed in our unit, last time I checked places like this must have a laundry room, perhaps the housekeepers are just to lazy to go there and do the laundry, the corridor was dirty with dustbins overflowing, later on the dustbin was cleaned but the corridor was still smelling of old, rotton food, I think the corridor will still be dirty if I go there now. When I approached one of the cleaning ladies they laughed to me in my face. We phoned reception to report this incident, where I was told this is not their problem, UHM EXCUSE ME, THAT WAS SAN LAMEER's PROBLEM and not the owner of the VILLA. Oh and, if I am upset because we were the people to pay to stay there, I will go off on you, I am not you employees, husband or child to whom you can give attitude and tell not to scream. LADY! I WILL SCREAM IF I WANT TO SCREAM! When we checked in, we asked are we allowed to go everywhere (MY DEAR, EVERYWHERE INCLUDES THE BEACH, THAT IS WHY WE WERE THERE TO GO TO THE BEACH) the answer was yes, when we got to the beach that incredible rude people inform us that we need bands to go to the beach. My list can go on and on, sadly for you I have worked in a 5 STAR hotel, so I know all the standards, and your standards are up to ****. I will never in my life show my face there again, nor will I recommend anyone to go there. Never in my life have I seen such unprofessional, *********** people. Even the housekeepers/cleaning ladies are screaming to one another to get a lift on the golf carts. People go on holiday for peace and quiet, not to get stuck between people screaming on one another like some kind of possessed creatures. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!
