TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

we booked our Honeymoon at this venue. such an awful experience unfriendly staff, unwilling to help, nobody takes accountability. We booked the suite, which I assumed was the quality/elite room in the hotel. The DSTV was not working The Heater was out of order & this being the middle of winter The room had a terrible odor, smelled damp & stuffy The curtains was absolutely dirty, as if it wasn’t washed in years The room safe was locked. There wasn’t any water to drink in the room The corridor walking up to the room was dirty, doubt it was swept in a month.
