San Lameer Villa Rentals- poor service

We had the unfortunate experience of booking a villa at San Lameer via villa rentals. We spent a week there from 16 December to 23 December. For over 48 hours in that week there was no water. Villa Rentals made no effort to provide any water at all. There general excuse is "it's not our fault". While that may be true you cannot charge those rates and not provide any service to assist in dealing with holiday makers who now have no water. There was no lights for over 24 hours. No alternatives were provided by Villa Rentals to assist. Lastly we were promised a one night refund for our discomfort prior to our departure. They have refused to make good this promise making them dishonest as well as poor service providers. My advice. Go somewhere else!
