Pathetic service

<p>disgusted false advertising from San lameer. Was told that there are braai facilities available at the hotel. When I get here I'm told that the braai facilities are not available for use. 2 kids hungry after a 5 hour journey and manager can't even assist in getting kitchen to prepare the meat I brought!!! Highly not recommend this **** place manager isn't even available to discuss the issue . Will definitely not recommend this **** false advertising place check out tomorrow and move on to wild coat sun</p>
