BONE fragments in patty

My husband and I both had hamburgers. There were large chunks of bone fragments in both our patties. When we showed management the large pile of bone fragments, he said that he was aware of it the previous day already. He knew it was a health risk and still he served it and charged us full price. How can you knowingly do something like that. I was sooo shocked by this.
