Bad business ethics

They arranged and hosted an event at our venue. They ordered a large quantity of liquor on consignment and when the event was done and the final invoice was sent - they just didn’t pay for the liquor. After almost 2 years of asking for payment, no payments have been made. They have made many promises and have not fulfilled any of them. We now have to go the legal route. They are extremely unprofessional. I will not advise anyone to do business with these people.
