Pathetic and *********** Mechanic(s)

By far the absolute worst mechanic I have ever used in my entire life. In 1 year, my car spent at least 6 months at their workshop. They take weeks to fix something and then they tell you the problem is fixed, but nothing was ever fixed.

I took my vehicle in for overheating issues, these people ignored it, didn't fix anything, and shortly after the head gasket blew, which cost A LOT of money to fix. Less than a year later, the head gasket blew again.

On a separate occasion, I took my vehicle in because I got a warning light on the dash to check the oil and coolant levels. The car stood at their workshop for 2+ weeks before they phoned and me to collect. The minute I switched on the car's ignition, the SAME errors appeared. They again fixed nothing and charged me a large sum of money.

On another occasion, after taking the vehicle in for the same issue as above, some parts came loose under the engine and dragged beneath the car mere minutes after I collected the car from their workshop. Dean, the manager/owner or whatever he is, takes no responsibility whatsoever for any of their ***** workmanship and simply instructs his *********** mechanics to phone you. Here, they again charged me a large sum of money without fixing the actual problem.

The above mentioned is merely the tip of the iceberg.

The amount of money I spent fixing the vehicle almost exceeds the value of the vehicle. I trusted these people on numerous occasions, but they simply don't know what they're doing and do guess work. I can sum up my experience in 1 word: PATHETIC. I would rate them zero stars if I could. Samurai Auto Repairs will ***** your hard-earned money in broad daylight just like their buddies at LisaCars R24. Stay far away!
