Get your own spares and then overcharge

Took car to amanzimtoti branch for a water leak on Friday Was told to bring it back on Mon even though there were clouds of steam Took it in Mon only to be told no spares available and i must wait between a week and 30 days for spares. I told them its the only car i have and i please needed them to make a plan. I was told there nothing they can do. I called agents in joburg and had it couriered to them today It took an entire day to put a pipe on and was then told no pickup so i had to pay for an uber to fetch the car. Of course the bill was exorbitant for doing nothing. I had to find the part have it couriered etc while they did absolutely nothing They didnt even try to get a match. I had to call numerous times as they dont bother to call The staff are very rude, when i fetched car after it stood there for 3 days they didnt even bother to greet but had cheek to expect me to sign that i supp**** the part even though its an oem part I wouldnt recommend this mob to my worst enemy I complained to their head office but of course that was ignored Incredibly poor service
