Unable to deliver quality service

Samuel Isaacs CV writer sent an introductory email. I gave an instruction for a quote. I received same and was required to pay before receving the final product. If you are doing CVs you must get the basic information furnished correct. Important information relevant to a position I am applying for was not in my cv prepared by Mr Isaacs. Details of my references were not correctly reflected. I sent instructions per email and followed up with a phone call. Despite stating on his profole that he is always on line he did not read the email and did not effect the corrections timeously. When addressed with him he was unable to effect the changes. Ultimately he has not delivered a satisfactory product. Fancy layouts dont make up for the poor impression that incorrect information in a CV leaves. Most disappointed. I do not recommend this service provider.
