Re Samuel Isaacs cv writer

Samuel Isaacs is nothing but a ********* and a gangster! He is rude and has no professional etiquette at all. I paid him upfront for resume that i needed urgently. He could not deliver on time so we then agreed on refund. He sent me a text message that he had sent the money. A week later, money has not reflected in my bank account. I call him to ask for proof of payment, now he says i must "fu#k off". Im very disappointed, angry and i want my money.
