Good Evening, Myself and my family has been clients at Mr. Govender's practise for many years. He is the nicest optometrist that we have ever been to and will make sure that we will get the correct spectacles that we need. Many a times our Medical Aid will not cover the full cost and he will then just shrug his shoulders and say that it is OK. He has even helped us when we could not get any spectacles on Medical Aid. Besides his utter professionalism and the great service that he provides , he is assisted by the friendliest staff ever. You are always greeted with the brightest smile when you enter and the friendliest remarks. Honestly it feels like we have visited family when you leave there. There is a such a friendly, open atmosphere and you can feel it as soon as you enter their premises. This is just to show our thanks and appreciation for the best service we can hope for. This is really service with a smile and we are very grateful that we are not just a number to them. Needless to say, God willing, Mr. Govender has lifelong clients in us and we will continue to support him and his team.
