Samuel Service Station- Pinetown

I took my VW Polo Vivo to this service station in November 2021 to fix the oil cooler as there car was loosing power. Fast forward in July 2022, the car had oil full into the coolant.

I took the car to All Car Service Centre in Pinetown to fix the issue, the guys from All Service advised me that the oil cooler needed to be changed as it was not going to last long. I told them that it was not even a year old as I have recently changed it with Samuel Service Centre.

In February 2022- 15 months after the oiler cooler was replaced, I had an oil coolant full of transmission oil and I was told the oil cooler is leaking. Went back to Samuel Service station to explain my case, gentleman my the name of Devon told me they won't be able to assist as the warranty is 12 months.

Very disappointed, I was servicing 2 cars with them, I don't know how many people I have referred to them.

Well what I can say, they didn't only loose the customer.
