REPAIR OF FRIDGE. Work reported to have been done.

Fridge stopped cooling & Jemaine from SAMTECH ELECTRONICS collected & promised to get back to me the next day. No call came & I called him. He said there was a blockage in system & that he would return it in 2 days. This did not happen it took 3 days. It worked for 3 weeks. Again stopped cooling & I called him back. His attitude was shocking. However he eventually fetched it & AGAIN said problem was blockage. This time he said he could not get rid of it & had to cut a piece of coil out & put a new piece in!! This time was without fridge for a WEEK!!! When he returned it, it worked exactly 3 weeks again & AGAIN stopped cooling. This time he said it \must be compressor & I will write a letter for your insurance company". I don't have insurance & told him. His attitude was he could not help any further then!! I got another gent to look at the fridge & he SHOWED me that NO piece had been cut out ever!! It was in fact another pipe which was faulty. The pipe was replaced IN FRONT OF ME - thus I could see the rusted pipe!! I had suspected it was a gas leak"
