Poor service from Samtech electronics

Jermaine from Samtech Electronics, removed my Bean to Cup coffee machine, Bosch combination oven/microwave and Acer pocket LED projector from my place of residence December 2022. He promised to have it returned to Me after 3 days. After 3 months of not hearing anything, I decided to pop into his place of business in Hurd street. He informed me that his report told the Insurance to pay the claim for the Bosch microwave and projector. These 2 items became salvage and could not be given back to Me, but to date it has not been paid nor has my property been returned by Jermaine. I took my coffee machine, had it repaired. Old Mutual and their partners (Adviseworx, Cornerstone, Frontline) are not honoring my proven legitimate lightning storm damage claim which occurred in November 2022. All fault reports were handed to them as requested, from business with years of experience inspected by qualified staff but yet Old Mutual uses this company with a poor rating, that can not be found at the time on Google nor do they have a webpage. They also arrive at your house with no uniform and a vehicle without signage and in poor condition (All the signs of a cost effective business using unqualified staff, supported by Insurance companies like Old Mutual) Going to the Ombudsman was a waste of my time and as they informed me today to take the matter further legally. I do not recommend Samtech electronics.
