Faulty Fridge Never Repaired 8 Months Later

The absolute worst service received in my entire life!!! Insurance company sent out Samtech Electronics to access my fridge which started giving problems after load shedding. I had also obtained a report from another fridge technician who said it was due to a power surge from load shedding but Jermaine from Samtech said it wasn't and it would be a quick fix. After a few days came back and so called fixed the blown sensor switch. Oh this was in February this year by the way. Anyways, a couple of days later the fridge still wasn't cooling only to be told it must be another type of switch... 3 months later still waiting and eventually came out and replaced the so called faulty switch/sensor "due to wear and tear". Couple of days after that, fridge/freezer still not working and after the 6th month came and fetched the fridge. Long story short... Today was the end of the straw for me as it has been 8 months now to date and my fridge is still not working or been repaired yet it was argued that it was a quick fix and everything that was faulty was due to normal "wear and tear". Now I ask you... how can all sensors, switches and elements just stop working all at the same time due to normal "wear and tear"? The biggest ****s out there that are very quick to give false reports and won't admit their mistake. I had to phone and request my fridge to be sent back to me after 8 months of waiting. I will NEVER recommend Samtech Electronics for anything to anyone EVER!!!!
