I need a FUNCTIONAL Samsung Helpline no. Pls Help

Good Day.<br> I direct this to Samsung UK because I need help.<br> I have a Galaxy Tab E which was bought in the UK. It's only weeks old.<br> So far it's a GREAT product, but I need help with one aspect at present and can't make contact with any Samsung Help Centre, despite calling the Samsung Smart Care Centre near Johannesburg (tel. ***) but calls simply don't get answered. I see LOTS of complaints on Google.<br> I'm in South Africa for the next 5-6 months.<br> Please is there any way you can help me? A contact no. that works, or an answer by internet??<br> All I need to do is be able to display the MS Word Icon on my screen so I can use it. I have downloaded Word but the Icon doesn't appear amongst my Icons.<br> Perhaps I'm just doing somethig stupid, but I need to communicate with some competent person and that seems mot to be available in South Africa.<br> I'll be back in the UK by November but that's too long to wait.<br> Dying to be back in a civilized country. I know what I'm talking about.<br> Please help!<br> Will be appreciated and communicated!
