2 months repair

I handed my samsung s7 edge in for a factory repair at the grove mall ,lynwood ,pretoria on the 17/12/2017 I was told by the lady that it will take 2 to 7 working days for the phone to be repaired ,i am still waiting after numerous atempts.I called them to find out what is going on with the repair and there response was that there is no parts available to fix the phone they sugested that they can fit secondhand parts in my phone realy what kind of a warranty claim is that ,Samsung surely has a reputation for quality and good service but my expierence with the service at the grove mall is abselutely pafetic. The staff working there is unqualified and unfit to perform there duties my personal opinion is that they are supose to represent your brand wich they are not doing. I allso called samsung SA and there response was that they are waiting for the eta on the parts this was a week ago after they promissed that the phone will be fixed on friday lastweek today is monday again and i am still waiting with no response from one of them. Your response on this matter will be highly apreciated asap. Honestly to wait 2 month's and 2 days to do a screen and speaker replacement is unexceptable for me.
