Zflip4 problems
Hubby bought Samsung z4flip for me last year as a birthday gift, I was in love with the phone until last month when I stated experiencing problems with it, when I close the phone it shuts down, works perfectly when opened, I took it back to Telkom where I bought it, they took it for service and I was told I should pay 12 thousand rands for my phone to be fixed, what the **** is that!!!! My phone is not even 1 year old yet I’m experiencing problems and I must pay such amount!!! I strongly believe that Samsung should stop selling and advertising zflips if it not of good quality. I’m stucked with a phone that I can’t even use, that not even a year old, I am sooooooo disappointed and would never refer anyone to buy any flips!!!!
