Zflip query

I logged a complaint last year December regarding my Samsung z flip, still today the issue is not resolved, I don’t know if this is the kind of service I should be getting as a loyal customer?i had a problem with my fone last year the Samsung people pretended to be assisting for couple of days there after I’m calling then almost everyday. My phone stopped working, I complained they booked it in on the 14/12/2023 with a promise to repair it Ref no TRJ 183010, on the 20/12/2023 I received an sms saying it with the repair centre Bradian logistics, so I waited on the 21/12/2023 I received an sms again stating my phone was deemed out of warranty and I must pay R12945, that was my query from the beginning how can a cellphone that is less than 1 year be out of warranty? No one is contacting me back now , I’m calling almost everyday and I’m being sent from pillar to post, calling Samsung services they refer me to the repair centre, when I call the repair centre they telling me they don’t deal with customers direct. The last time I made with Samsung service I spoke to a guy by the name of Andile, he promised to speak to his manager and call me back, until today he hasn’t called. I gave Samsung people enough time to sort this **** out but nobody cares worse they have my cellphone with them from the 13/12/2023 until today!!!!! ****ty customer service they providing and ****ty Zflips I guess that some of the reasons we hardly see Zflips advertise on TV because they fully aware of what **** it giving customers.
