I purchased a Samsung 21kg Top Loader Washing Machine with Eco Bubble Technology from Makro for over R10,000, but it has never worked properly and doesn’t wash. Unfortunately, because we couldn’t return it within 14 days, Makro refused to exchange it and insisted that Samsung would repair it. However, instead of sending qualified technicians, Samsung sent INYATHI APPLIANCES, a company with numerous bad reviews for poor service. The technician who collected the machine from my home seems to have taken it to his house to test with his own laundry instead of taking it to a workshop for proper diagnostics. I am extremely disappointed with this service—now I am left without a washing machine, and my money is gone.
