According to the promotion you can get a free 32" Samsung tv with your Samsung galaxy note phone. I entered my dad's details as I was not going to use it, but in anycase, they did not contact me to tell me my request was denied and this was almost 4 weeks later. They said I must get my own tv license which I did and I provided them with proof of everything more than once. They have all the details they need to proceed with my promotion gift. I have been sending follow up emails on my request and no one has phoned me or send me an email to tell my how far my request is. The time I followed up, I spoke to 3 different ppl and everytime they requested all the details. It is as if they don't even know what is going on in their on system. I am really disappointed and wish I could give my phone back as Samsung's service is really poor. They must not contact me requesting more information, they can check their system and emails and proceed from there.
