Z4 Fold over Samsung

I go a Z4 Samsung. The screen (flip screen) already broke 4 time in last year. Every time I have to take this in for repairs and the day after the screen is broken again. They refuse to replace the phone and says the phone have to go back every time the flip screen breaks. Would like to know way can't this phone not be replaced with a new one as this is a on going problem. Samsung is wasting my time and money going back every time. Will not recommend this phone to anybody!!! Please note the staff member are NOT very help full and they never call you back.
