Z Flip Nightmare

I bought a Z filp from a Nice lady at MTN randburg square called lerato . The Z flip was working perfectly for about 3 months until it started the problems included : 1) Dead Screen when opening the device 2) The device not being able to answer phone calls when unflipped amongst others. Lerato (The MTN consultant) has been trying to get a response from Samsung on the progress of the query but has been unsuccessful. I feel like its wrong for samsung to sell me this phone that costs 20K plus only to have it work for a few months .

It been almost 2 weeks that I have been stuggling without my phone and the sitiuation is getting pressing as I need the phone for business . I am required to take pictures and update social media as part of my Job .
