Z flip /fold Giveaway issues

So there was a giveaway competition where we had to share a feature we liked on the new z flip /fold. If I'm not mistaken, it was on Instagram. I received an email last month (August) saying i won and should submit my delivery details, i double checked the email address and found it was legit a Samsung email address that i normally receive newsletters from. I then clicked on the link(google form) to enter my delivery details and submitted. I never heard anything ever since. I then DMed Samsung SA on Instagram and they asked for a screenshot of the email. Unfortunately when i received the email, it was in my junk folder and got deleted 10 days after receiving it. I just never thought of moving it to my inbox, i explained this to them and i was ignored. I don't know if they think I'm just coming up with stories or what, but can't they check this on their side? I mean surely they must have a list or details of their winners somewhere to check, but to be ignored like that? Wow!!
