Z Flip 3 Screen Protector

Good Day

I am very concerned around the quality of my Z flip 3. The phone was purchased on 13/09/2021.

Around 8 months later on the 09/06/2022 the phone screen guard started peeling. I took the phone to samsung Nandi drive for a replacement of the screenguard as pet customer services advice. They did not do the screenguard and told me I had to pay and they don't have stock. I had to fight with the technician and only then did they do the repair. They replaced the entire screen and the batteries.

Now since that repair the phones battery life has not been the same. I belive they put in used batteries and not new batteries. Secondly since last week the screen guard is now doing the exact same thing where it is lifting off at the crease. Now for such a premium phone this is absolutely not acceptable. This phone has no scratches, is brand new and has never been dropped. I am a very careful user considering the nature of the phone and I don't understand how these guards keep lifting off after a while.

The phone is still under warranty and this is definitely a manufacturing issue. I either want a proper repair done under warranty where I get the proper batteries and screen guard put in. Or I want a replacement device as something is definitely not right at this point. Please see attached documents for reference.
