Z-Flip 3 cracks on the hinge!

After getting my Z flip3 recently I have been such a brand ambassador for this device as I loved it. After +-3 months I noticed a slight crack in the screen.

I investigated a little deeper to find it is the Samsung screen protector that has a laceration from opening and closing.

Now being in sales I am constantly on the phone meaning open close, open close, all day.

I have now been told that Samsung deems this as cosmetic and refuses to replace it.

I have a Cellular business and really promote the Samsung brand but now I understand what their service is really like.

Well I'll keep my Zflip and just keep telling people about my experience.

The worst of all is they have this huge drive and constrain the S and Note ranges to push these devices for the marketing. We'll Samsung at least Iphone had NO issues with replacing devices if they are a fault and sold you *******!
