You may never get your promotional items - 6 months and counting.
Don't buy any Samsung device if it is bundled with promotional items you hope you get. If they can not get the promotional items to you in 6 months, what would the warranty by like ?
Bought a Samsung S8 Tab Ultra when in first came out.
Still have not received the charging unit, it is now going on 6 months, with a lot of electronic communication to try and have it resolved.
All you get is the initial response, maybe a phone call and then you will hear nothing.
