Xavier Traut horrible service
I bought my phone as part of a promo mtn had with samsung in May 2018. After numerous attempts from the store, Samsung rewards and the elusive xavier traut I'm still waiting for the fit gear. It has left such a sour taste in my mouth I have decided to close the stupid account and move back to vodacom and apple. Such disgusting service at all levels in samsung.
