Worthless Buy & Get Vouchers

I received 2 x R1000 Buy & Get vouchers from Samsung after upgrading to a Note 20 and getting a samsung watch.

When trying to redeem the vouchers against an accessory online (you cant redeem these vouchers in-store) you can only use one voucher against a purchase.

This essentially makes these vouchers worthless. The items available online are very limited, and the only item that i can use is available at j R1995.

This means i can redeem 1 voucher, but still have to pay in R995 and then sit with a voucher for R1000 that wont be used and will expire.

This is not clearly articulated in any of the correspondence received from Samsung

This is the same generic response that is given to every other complaint. I dont have any faith that i will get this resolved to my satisfaction

I spoke to the promotions department and i was not prepared for the arrogance and total lack of effort to try and assist me. Documentation is unclear and does not have any terms and conditions showing the limitations on these vouchers.

While Samsung products are good, the underlying business is dishonest and leaves a lot to be desired.

I will not buy any Samsung products in the future.
