Worst Support service ever

I Bought a washer/dryer machine last year June( June 2021). So almost 7 weeks back I contacted Samsung Support about my washer/dryer the sound of the machine does not work and when drying my clothes it rips the arms off the clothes off.So someone came to look at it and did not know what is wrong so the guy said he will back the next day. So the next day no one called or came back to my house..So I gave it a week and called the support center again the person on the other end said they will look into it for me and call me back that never happend..So another few weeks past and I called again just to hear my ticket was closed. So I told the person that my issue was not fix and till today nobody has called me back...The worst service ever.
