worst service from a company as large as samsung

I took out a contract with vodacom for a note 20 in doing so I was to receive a samsung 32inch tv free I filled in the the application and receive confirmation references number that I would receive the tv I contacted samsung with the references number and was told the can't pick it up on there system so I was asked to provide proof of purchase I did I aswell provided the imei number from the box and the phone even then to iv been took they can't pick it up on there system iv made a number of calls to them and received no feed back I been told its been escalated a number of time again no response iv gone to the vodacom store to which they aswell contacted samsung and still no joy
