Worst service ever
<p>I got a quote from samsung on repairs to my Note5 it was R4600. My insurance approved and i booked the fone in 2months ago after about 3 weeks i phone to check if it was ready and they said that its now R8500 to repair. After a week of fighting with them they said they will repair it. Its been 4 weeks after that now and still no phone!!! You think going to them will be easier and quicker then vodacom but looks like no one is worried about customer service in this country.</p>
