Worst service

<p>A few months ago I started experiencing some battery issues on my Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. I booked the device into the Smart Care center in Century City. They "resolved" the issue by doing a software upgrade. A few days later the problem reoccurred and it became worse. It took many hours to charge and a few minutes to drain completely. I immediately took the device back. Upon getting there, the Smart care center requested the proof of purchase, which I previously gave them. They explained that the center was under new management and they no longer had any previous data on their systems. I immediately left to go obtain this proof of purchase but then realised that the company who sold the device to me closed down. It took me weeks to obtain the proof of purchase from the company who took over the contracts of the company who closed down. During this struggle my battery warranty expired. I eventually received the proof and took the device back to the Smart care center. The device is with them now and they sent me a ridiculous bill expecting me to pay for something that could have been avoided. I feel like I have been ****** of my device warranty. During all this time I have been emailing ********** EMAIL thread dates back to 3 April 2016 but responses have been very rare.
