Worst quality and service

I bout a very expensive tumble dryer that didn't last a month. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for them to send someone to come and fix it. I thought if I buy something a bit more expensive with a long warranty that it will last. Now I'm sitting with the ****test piece of equipment with even worse service that our government is giving. I will never buy or recommend samsung to anyone. You owe me a refund. Come take your low quality tumble dryer and give me my money back.
