Worst online shopping experience
Worst online shopping experience.
Ordered a smartphone online for next day delivery which was 19 December 2025. Was informed (after placing the order) that there is no such thing as next day delivery. To top it off, they make use of the worst courier company ever (SkyNet) which called me (person by the name Jaqueline) to confirm delivery for the next day (20 December 2025) which is already late but I accepted. Waited all day just to find out that they don’t work on weekends. Now I don't have my order and I have no means of following up. Samsung South Africa, update your site/app and be clear that you do not do next day delivery and also change your courier partner, SkyNet is bottom barrel useless
