Worst customer service in South Africa

Samsung South Africa is the worst company to deal with when it comes to after sale service. Oh sorry, after sale service does not exist with this company. They just don't care about their customers!!!Please think twice before buying any of their products. Immediate friends and family have all stopped buying their products. Battling for a month now to get feedback on a watch we purchased. USELESS TO SAY THE LEAST!!!
