Worst Customer Service I have ever come accross!!! DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG

When we moved into our new house (2 months ago), we bought all our appliances new. The Samsung dishwasher arrived defective. From the start it gave an LC (Leak) error which means the product is not usable. We immediately raised the issue with Samsung. It took Samsung almost 1 month to get the first technician to come out. The technician failed with fixing the issue and told us to call Samsung again to open a new job card in order for Samsung to come and collect the Dishwasher.

Samsung has the AUDACITY to tell me that they will charge us for another technician to come out. After fighting with them they eventually agreed to open another job card. It has now been 2 months, with several follow-ups and reference numbers and STILL no technician. I will never in my life buy another Samsung product!!
