Worst company ever Samsung

It's the worst brand. I will not recommend I should have read reviews before buying their microwave.It is a lesson I have stayed with defy brand microwave more 5 years and I am like let me change it to Samsung brand I didn't realize I did worst mistake. I bought microwave on the 19/02/2024 online and it's stopped working within a year around December. They advised me to send to one of the nearest repair center of Umklomelo electronics since troubleshooting didn't work on the call.They told me warranty is 24 months when called to enquire. Now Umklomelo Electronics is sending me invoices that are more than the item itself bought it for that I am the one liable for the payments which is R2948.46 as voided the warranty therefore Samsung will not pay. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. This is the biggest **** ever I will never buy any their products again. Why other brands stay for years and yours does not even last a year and that give you conclusion that I am the one voided warranty.... I'm very disappointed. You guys are making money with us to find faults that voided warranty in order not to pay. That's is not treating the customers fairly. In other ways this warranty write on your products are just lies and waste as you always find excuses to not pay.Its a shame.
