worst brand to buy .

i have a samsung tv thats screen started to overheat causing damage to the frame and screen.i tried to contact the customer support and was told that i have to pay for a tech to come asses the tv.when i checked there forum i noticed that there is other consumers who had the same problem.my problem is the tv is a safety risk and samsung south africa is not recalling the tvs until it causes someones death or personal or other property damage.everytime i tried to contact the call centre there agents insist that i must pay for a tech to come asses the damage.i am now the loser of thousands of rands for a tv i cant use but in the US the tvs gets replaced or screens replaced.first the note cell phones now tvs whats next.
