Worst ADH service

5 days of frustration, no updates just plain silence regarding my phone. My Note 3 has been at courier-it for the past 7 day after repairs and still I have not received it. I might as well just bought an Iphone. I bought a Note 4 last month I might as well sell it considering I'm going to go through such a hassle in the future. Na then Samsung gives me a pink loan phone. I am an African Male , I don't know if that means anything to you guys but I means something to me. Will probably never buy a Samsung phone again. I'll stick appliances and electronics. I hope that one day I will get my phone back.
